- Shipping & Delivery
- At Pebblesjewellery.co.uk we will move heaven and earth to get your order to you within 7 days, if we can't make it, we'll e-mail you and let you know.
- All items are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery and we will e-mail you the tracking number so you can check the progress of your order. Delivery to all UK addresses is £6.00 and delivery to all other countries worldwide is £10.00. There are two exceptions when you may not receive your purchase within the 7 day delivery service.
- Here at Pebblesjewellery.co.uk we are commited to reducing fraudulent transactions. Our checks are essential and completed as standard for each and every transaction to protect our business and to provide excellent customer service to you. If an order does not pass the tough procedures we have in place then we will contact the card holder to confirm whether the order is valid.
- When a ring order is placed, a ring size must be chosen. If your size is out of stock we will order the correct size and dispatch this to you. This order process can take between 4 - 6 weeks and we will contact you to inform you of the status of your order.

- Returns & Replacements
- We know that you will be very happy with your purchase from Pebblesjewellery.co.uk but we appreciate that sometimes things go wrong. We will be happy to replace, exchange, give a credit note or refund any purchase that does not meet your expectations.
- The jewellery must be returned unworn in its original packaging with your reciept. Earrings for pierced ears, in line with many other jewellers, cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please send any returns to Pebbles Jewellery, 2 Hope Street, Bo'ness EH51 0AA.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All of our prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and are subject to change. These changes are to match the fluctuating prices of the various metals we have in our jewellery online store.
- We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Solo, Visa Debit, Maestro, JCB and you can also pay through Paypal.
- All of our members receive a regular newsletter detailing any promotions and discounts.
